Average Delivery Times:

  • Order Processing: After placing your order, we need 1 business days to process it. If you order on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.
  • Shipping: Once processed, your order will be shipped and typically delivered within 4 business days.

You will receive a tracking code by email to track your order’s progress. You can follow your package on our tracking page.

Expedited Shipping: To ensure your order is shipped the same day, you can always contact us by phone.

Delivery of Your Order

Defective Product: Unfortunately, products can sometimes be damaged during transit. We will always send a replacement free of charge the first time this happens, but we cannot offer a refund. If this occurs again, we will issue a full refund for your purchase.

Lost Package?
